FLAME (First-Year Learning and Mentoring) is NSS signature mentoring programme developed by NSS Centre for Future Learning, to assist newly enrolled First-Year students to settle into College life and study, gearing them towards achieving their personal learning goals.
The programme will be centred around a holistic approach focusing on safe space creation for mentors and mentees to have meaningful conversations while navigating through transitional challenges in their academics and beyond.
This echoes NSS believe in a supportive, intentional relationship based on mutual trust, respect, and accountability to assist newly enrolled students to effectively transition into college life.
